About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital & Social Media Strategist to join our team at Good Rebels. As a key member of our Project Squads or Business Units, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the definition and execution of digital marketing strategies across various projects, including social media, content marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to develop effective marketing benchmarks and strategies.
  • Coordinate project teams and lead client success on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with client objectives, and propose and ideate tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Create compelling presentations and slide decks for clients and prospects, using data-driven insights and visual storytelling.
Requirements
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media strategic vision and digital marketing know-how.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to bring clear insights into visual presentations.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work remotely and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing client and project needs, and a good understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate and present to clients or prospects at a managerial level.
