Marketing Strategist for Microsoft EMEA

About the Role:

The Marketing Strategist will oversee the overall marketing strategy for Microsoft across Europe, developing the annual marketing plan and driving the execution of marketing programs and campaigns to support the growth of Arrow Electronics and its partners in relation to the Microsoft portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to increase awareness and opportunities for Microsoft in EMEA
  • Effectively manage and coordinate the EMEA annual marketing plan in conjunction with Microsoft and Arrow Electronics
  • Drive consistent digital marketing campaigns and social media campaigns to promote Microsoft in EMEA
  • Collaborate with country marketing teams in EMEA to bring them together on programs and initiatives, providing guidance wherever applicable
  • Accelerate the dissemination of Microsoft best practices across EMEA to drive growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the NA marketing strategist to seek synergies
  • Ensure best-in-class participation and visibility for Arrow Electronics during top Microsoft events
  • Drive efficient use of Microsoft budget and demonstrate ROI from initiatives and campaigns delivered in EMEA as part of the annual marketing plan
  • Manage activity cadence and exposure with Arrow Electronics stakeholders, including EMEA and country teams, as well as with all Microsoft stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing in IT
  • Microsoft experience is required
  • Previous work experience in channel marketing is essential
  • Regional or cross-country experience is preferred
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of one additional European language is highly valuable
  • Team player mindset, with strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Effective communication skills
