Change Management Implementation Specialist

Location: Multiple locations available including the UK, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Germany.

Work Model: Hybrid

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

As part of our Group Product & Purchasing division, we are embarking on a transformative journey aimed at streamlining and enhancing collaboration with our hotel partners. This initiative focuses on evolving our technological solutions and establishing efficient shared workflows across our Central Product and Group Purchasing teams.

In the role of Change Management Implementation Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing and embedding strategic and technological transformations across all stakeholders. Your efforts will align with our unified change and implementation roadmap, ensuring that all dependencies are effectively managed and that stakeholders navigate the various stages of transition successfully to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of detailed implementation plans for user groups and affected teams, ensuring clarity on key milestones and business activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to adopt a cohesive implementation strategy.
  • Coordinate with user groups and impacted teams to guarantee the availability of resources necessary to support the implementation plans and facilitate the integration of changes.
  • Maintain a log of implementation risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Head of Transformational Strategy and Business Design as needed.
  • Collaborate with impacted teams to establish clear business readiness acceptance criteria, ensuring all logistical arrangements are understood and support is accessible from the point of implementation.
  • Manage the overall training strategy, plan, and effectiveness of delivery in partnership with other transformation and Business Process owners, overseeing the creation of engaging training materials to ensure all learning outcomes are met for end users.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive communication strategy, maintaining a robust stakeholder engagement plan to ensure all communications are well-coordinated throughout the implementation phase.
  • Facilitate effective change management by establishing a common change impact assessment and readiness approach to be utilized across stakeholders, enabling informed decisions on implementation plans.
  • Actively mentor and support the transformation team and business as a change subject matter expert, documenting best practices and lessons learned to refine the implementation methodology for future initiatives.
  • Coordinate post-implementation support to ensure users receive 'hyper care' and that any issues related to technology, training, or processes are promptly addressed.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Product team to conduct regular reviews of the performance of implemented changes, ensuring that expected benefits are realized through management information and analytical insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and delivering successful international organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.
  • A credible leader with a passion for driving business improvements and fostering strong relationships.
  • Organized and pragmatic, with the ability to adapt quickly to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong team player capable of providing leadership and coaching to others.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate messages clearly to various audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with an understanding of organizational challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Power Automate, Visio, and Miro.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a minimum requirement.
