Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be assigned to specific strategic change projects, such as agile transformation and location strategy. In that role, you will:

  1. Work closely with the change team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, maximum employee adoption, and proficiency of the change.
  2. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  3. Support communication efforts, enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  4. Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  5. Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
  6. Complete change management assessments.
  7. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  8. Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  9. Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
  10. Support and engage senior leaders.
  11. Coach people managers and supervisors.
  12. Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  13. Manage stakeholders.
  14. Track and report issues and come up with solutions.
  15. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  16. Ensure alignment of change and culture initiatives across different regions, adapting strategies to meet local needs while maintaining a cohesive global approach.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
