Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team at K-LAGAN. As an IT Change Manager, you will play a key role in helping our team achieve business success through new people-centered ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change enablement strategies to improve quality of service.
  • Adapt change activities to agile methodologies to meet business needs.
  • Manage requested adaptations and deliverables to the Change Advisory Board.
  • Define production metrics using KPIs and KRIs.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT change management.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and change enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
