We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Change Management Specialist to join our Technology Enablement team at KPMG Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients adopt and implement Copilot, a cutting-edge technology that revolutionizes the way we work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business needs assessments to identify opportunities for Copilot adoption
  • Design and deliver Design Thinking sessions to drive innovation and collaboration
  • Support clients in the adoption and implementation of Copilot, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems
  • Deploy AI-powered solutions and Copilot to drive business value and efficiency
  • Promote the benefits of Copilot to stakeholders and users
  • Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive business outcomes
