Change Program Manager, EU Workforce Staffing

At Amazon, we're on a mission to enable our operations to operate with unconstrained capacity to deliver for customers. To achieve this, we're implementing proprietary tech solutions, building sophisticated data models, and optimizing our operating model for efficiency. We're looking for a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within our Workforce Staffing (WFS) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives
  • Deliver and execute change strategies to support change adoption
  • Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
  • Communicate ideas effectively to a wide range of audiences
  • Partner successfully with EU and WW program stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate down-stream problems
  • Understand interdependencies of programs
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading programs or projects
  • Change Management qualified (e.g., PROSCI Practitioner, APMG Practitioner)
  • Programme Management qualified (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
