Job Description

Change Manager Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and validate change requests submitted by stakeholders.
  • Prepare initial change structure, including scope of proposed change, impact assessment, change risk assessment, and required resources.
  • Assist Change Managers in evaluating change requests based on predefined criteria.
  • Create a base timeline for change programme dependent on information received.
  • Gather additional information from stakeholders or subject matter experts to aid in the evaluation process.
  • Act as a focal point for initial change management scoping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities within projects where the change methodology is applied.
  • Ensure change documentation is complete, including decisions affecting the change, impacts on the implementation of the change framework, logs, and registers to support the change.
  • Support the development and dispersal of change management surveys.
  • Undertake an analysis of change management outputs and identify thematic consistencies.
  • Review deliverables in bulk to determine opportunities and weaknesses.
  • Identify and propose methods to further support people transition.
  • Collaborate with the Change Lead to develop, implement, and monitor communication plans.
  • Notify and follow up with relevant stakeholders regarding various change items.
  • Develop and publicize visually appealing materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Change management or a related role such as project administration, project management, procurement, human resource management, or communications support and coordination.
  • At least 3 years of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supporting stakeholder programs is desirable.
  • Prosci Certified as Change Practitioner or any other certificate in Change Management is highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of some graphic design tools or learning platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT projects and Services is highly appreciated.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Expert knowledge of English.
