About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Amadeus Travel Unit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of change management initiatives that support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition of employees to new processes and systems.
  • Identify and engage with stakeholders to build support for change initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
  • Design and implement communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes.
  • Provide training and support to employees affected by changes.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and address any issues that arise.
  • Analyze feedback and adjust change management strategies as needed.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in change management. You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a change management leading role. You should also have excellent project management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
