About the Role:
The Change Communication Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions during the adoption of new technologies within Axpo. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage the human impact of changes, focusing on Microsoft 365, Confluence, and AI tools in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how each project will affect different departments, roles, and processes, using this insight to inform change management plans and mitigate risks.
- Develop and execute effective change management plans, including communication and training plans.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and produce communication materials such as reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Identify and mentor change champions, providing active and visible coaching to support successful change adoption.
- Develop KPIs to measure employee adoption and communication effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth integration of new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- Change Management certification (Prosci preferred).
- Experience with internal communications and change management processes.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Confluence.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish; German is a plus.
