**Job Summary**

Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of our new technology platform, EMMA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff and management during the implementation process.
  • Configure and migrate system data, ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues, working closely with the Implementation Lead to resolve them.
  • Deliver exceptional support to clients, including front desk, F&B, and M&E departments.
  • Assist in the development of processes, training, and other activities to improve the rollout and implementation of EMMA.
  • Travel to hotel sites as required to implement the system change.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical implementation and support.
  • Proficiency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
