About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our German team in Madrid. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the German market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.
  • Design and execute prospecting strategies to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learning from them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce and HubSpot).
