Job Summary

Mena Recruit Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Successfully manage the Partner's diary, proactively predicting schedule changes and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, administer visa procurement, and provide detailed travel plans.
  • Communication Management: Prioritize and edit incoming communication, composing responses or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues, handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Client Development: Proactively manage the Partner's client development efforts, including building relationships and coordinating meetings.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the Partner with marketing activities, including Personal Marketing Plans and liaison with the Marketing department.
  • Database Management: Update the Bain client tracking database with all actions, events, and updates.
  • Presentations: Create and amend PowerPoint presentation decks for client presentations and internal meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with personal work, provide reception coverage, and manage expenses and timesheets.
