Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with cloud applications
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and improve our cloud applications to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to assist users
- Promote self-service options to reduce support requests
- 2+ years of experience in a technical service environment
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies
- Experience with Google's Workspace suite of applications and products is an advantage
- Experience with ZenDesk and/or Jira or other ticketing systems is an advantage
- Direct experience on Salesforce, or similar CRM, is an advantage
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
