About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Webhelp. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our system
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in technical areas, networks, and consumer electronics

Requirements

  • Proficient or bilingual level of English
  • Completed ICT training
  • Knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products
  • Good understanding of the MS Office environment
  • Service-oriented, accurate, analytical, communicative, and good telephone etiquette
