Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative for Murcia and Central Zone, you will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring and retaining agricultural producers and distributors in the assigned areas
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and identifying potential clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Providing technical advice and training to producers and distributors on the varieties offered by Yuksel Seeds
  • Supporting the growth and development of the company's business in the region
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the agricultural sector
  • Strong commercial and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
