About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our International Sales Team at Phillip Jeffries. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales within the Madrid territory and reinforcing our presence in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Grow sales within the Madrid sales territory by promoting sales to existing and new commercial interior designers, architects, and upscale retailers.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Prospect new customers and opportunities, place binders, sampling, and point-of-sale material, and identify luxury and best clients for the brand.
  • Sales Analysis: Provide weekly sales reports and monthly recaps, keep CRM updated with opportunities, client visits, project shops, tasks, contacts, and clients, and post monthly sales recap to the Sales Teams Channel.
  • Business Development: Increase awareness of the brand in social media and work at exhibitions to promote the brand.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with previous experience in the wallcovering industry being a plus.
  • Keen interest and appreciation for luxury products and interior design.
  • Experience selling, tracking, and reporting on a multiple project pipeline.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align sales strategies with business and organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, effectively articulate sales strategies and initiatives, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills/knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work without direct oversight.
