Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Lucas Fox in Pozuelo de Alarcón - Madrid. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team to deliver a comprehensive range of high-quality services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify all required property documentation and ensure company commission policy is in place.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.
  • Develop business opportunities in assigned areas, including farming potential properties to list, networking activities, and other initiatives.
  • Handle allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  • Keep the CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial areas, with specific knowledge of the Madrid key areas and Pozuelo de Alarcón locations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
  • Financially and results-oriented, able to work in an international collaborator team.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours.
  • Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients.
