We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and optimizing base sales, new product development, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities, including point-of-buy materials placement and implementation.
- Report on activities and provide regular updates to the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical skills and sales experience, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
