About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Balazs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for implementing sales policies for our Manufacturing and Process clients in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity and excellence
Requirements
  • Engineering or Chemistry degree
  • Proven commercial experience in the industrial sector
  • Strong negotiation, result-oriented, customer-focused, and teamwork skills
