About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team at Formalize. As a Sales Growth Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities, identifying and contacting potential customers, and operating as a trusted advisor to our potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the French market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
  • Design and implement prospecting strategies to reach out and set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at our Madrid office.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive and motivation.
  • Responsible, positive, and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
