Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Catenon. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in the Madrid region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Spain Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
  5. Commercial Excellence: Implement commercial excellence processes to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in a customer-facing role.
  2. Commercial Experience: Experience in a commercial role with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  5. Language Skills: Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
