Electronics Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Sales Executive to join our sales team in the Electronics field. This role will be responsible for handling Requests for Quotation (RFQs), preparing offers based on the best supply sources identified by the Procurement department, and managing long-term agreements with strategic suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. RFQ Management: Address requests for quotation (RFQ) for specific items or services in the Electronics field, analyzing requirements, verifying stock availability, existing purchasing contracts, and previous supplier requests.
  2. Offer Preparation: Prepare customer offers based on the best supply source determined by the Procurement department, considering certifications, unit pricing, and lead times.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct follow-up activities on RFQs to maintain strong customer relationships through emails, calls, video conferences, and visits.
  4. Long-term Agreement Management: Manage and enhance long-term agreements (LTA) with new suppliers and strategic manufacturers.
  5. Process Integration: Promote and implement the integration of processes, products, and systems among ALA/SCP Sintersa group companies, in line with objectives set by the line Manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: Preferably a degree in Economics, or equivalent high school diploma.
  • Work Experience: 2-5 years in related roles.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or German is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to independently review product technical specifications.
    • Monitoring targets through BI tools.
    • Market knowledge.
    • Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
    • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Behavioral Skills:
    • Negotiation skills.

    • Strong communication skills.
    • Target-driven mindset.
  • Location: Avenida de América, Madrid.
  • Work Arrangement: Remote work 2 days per week.
