About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Electronics Sales Manager at Alibaba Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving sales growth, and optimizing business performance.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Vendor Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to drive sales growth, improve product assortment, and enhance customer experience.


Sales Strategy and Planning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, set sales targets, and drive business growth.


Business Performance Optimization

Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop insights to optimize business performance, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Marketing and Promotion

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.


Team Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment across teams.



Requirements


  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Sciences (Post-graduate/Masters, especially MBA from a top-tier school is a plus).


Experience

3-5 years of professional experience in vendor account management, project management, and/or buyer position.


Skills

Strong business judgment, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
