SAP Partner Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Partner Manager to join our team in Belgium and Luxembourg. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth and profitability for both our partners and SAP.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned partners.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the Seller Partner relationship, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional partner experience through engagement with SAP, driving a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the partner's business with SAP.
- Identify areas of improvement on competency gaps of managed partners and proactively develop cloud-ready partner capabilities.
- Evangelize SAP opportunities and secure buy-in from partners to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives.
- Excellent executive presence and expert relationship building skills.
- Ability to master complexity and orchestrate multiple timelines.
- Focused on both consumption and sales to maximize customer success.
- Strategic thinker with high degree of creativity and innovation.
- Results-driven with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong program/project management and governance skills.
