SAP Partner Manager for Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Partner Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth and profitability for both our partners and SAP.
As the primary liaison between SAP and our partners, you will embody our principle of partnership excellence, ensuring exceptional partner experience through engagement and joint business planning. Your role will involve coordinating all SAP interactions to drive partner investments and growth in our solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities- Responsible for revenue generation through permanently assigned Seller Partners, achieving desired revenue and profitability objectives for both Partner and SAP.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the Seller Partner relationship end-to-end, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
- One face proxy to assigned Partners across the entire Partner lifecycle, to grow the Partner's SAP's business and investment into their SAP practice across the SAP solution portfolio.
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional Partner experience through Partner engagement with SAP.
- Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the Partner's business with SAP, including a multi-year development plan, incl market & business development.
- Assist Partner in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market.
- Evangelize SAP opportunities in financial terms and secure buy-in from Partner to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives.
- Identify areas of improvement on competency gaps of managed Partner(s) and proactively develop cloud-ready Partner capabilities.
- Experience driving Partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes.
- 3 to 5+ years in a Partner facing role; experience working for an SAP partnership is desired.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical competencies to drive action orientation through assigned Partners.
- Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate, with independent accountability.
- English and Italian (Mandatory) and Portuguese (Nice to have).
