Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Partner Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for both partners and SAP.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the Seller Partner relationship, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional partner experience through partner engagement with SAP.
  • Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the partner's business with SAP.
  • Assist partners in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market and maximize the management & cadences around driving joint CVJ activities with SAP.
  • Evangelize SAP opportunities (i.e. new product, new solutions area) in financial terms and secure buy-in from partner to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives.

  • Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation.
  • Results-driven and excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Strong program / project management and expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial / ecosystem skills especially subscription based and cloud models.
  • Ability to manage through crisis and to maintain relationships in challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes across financial, business development and customer success.
  • Expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices, leading with influence and managing multiple relationships to achieve a common goal.
  • 3 to 5+ years in a partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working for an SAP partnership is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred).
Language and Location

English and Italian (Mandatory) and Portuguese (Nice to have)
