About the Role

The Seller Partner Manager is a key position within our Partner Management Hub, responsible for building and maintaining successful partnerships with our valued partners. As the primary liaison between SAP and our partners, you will embody SAP's principle of partnership excellence, driving investments and growth initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute revenue growth strategies with assigned Seller Partners, achieving desired revenue and profitability objectives for both Partner and SAP.
  2. Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the Seller Partner relationship end-to-end, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
  3. Serve as a single point of contact for assigned Partners across the entire Partner lifecycle, growing the Partner's SAP business and investment into their SAP practice across the SAP solution portfolio.
  4. Ensure exceptional Partner experience through Partner engagement with SAP.
  5. Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the Partner's business with SAP, including a multi-year development plan, market & business development.
  6. Assist Partner in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market and maximize the management & cadences around driving joint CVJ activities with SAP.
  7. Evangelize SAP opportunities (i.e. new product, new solutions area) in financial terms and secure buy-in from Partner to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives.
  8. Identify areas of improvement on competency gaps of managed Partner(s) and proactively develop cloud-ready Partner capabilities with the right-fit Partner delivery capacity.

Requirements

  1. Experience driving Partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes across financial, business development and customer success.
  2. Expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices, leading with influence and managing multiple relationships to achieve a common goal.
  4. 3 to 5+ years in a Partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working for an SAP partnership is desired. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred).
  5. Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills.
  6. Business development planning and execution experience in driving demand gen, sales pipeline, and enablement with Partners.
  7. Strong analytical competencies to drive action orientation through assigned Partners.
  8. High energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices.
  9. Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate, with independent accountability.
  10. Local market knowledge and understanding (software industry, trends, vertical market industries, etc.)
