Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Relationship Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth and profitability, and ensuring exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for both partners and SAP
  • Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the seller partner relationship, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders
  • Serve as a single point of contact for assigned partners across the entire partner lifecycle, growing their SAP business and investment in our solutions portfolio
  • Ensure exceptional partner experience through partner engagement with SAP
  • Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand partner business with SAP, including multi-year development plans and market development
  • Assist partners in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market and maximize management and cadences around driving joint CVJ activities with SAP
  • Evaluate and secure buy-in from partners to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives
  • Identify areas of improvement on competency gaps of managed partners and proactively develop cloud-ready partner capabilities with the right-fit partner delivery capacity

Requirements

  • Excellent executive presence and expert relationship building skills
  • Ability to master complexity and orchestrate multiple timelines
  • Focused on both consumption and sales to maximize customer success
  • Strategic thinker with high degree of creativity and innovation
  • Results-driven with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Strong program/project management and governance skills
  • Expert commercial/ecosystem skills, especially subscription-based and cloud models
  • Ability to manage through crisis and maintain relationships in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes across financial, business development, and customer success
  • Expert governance and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices, leading with influence and managing multiple relationships to achieve a common goal
  • 3-5+ years in a partner-facing role, with experience working for an SAP partnership desired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred)

Language Requirements

English and Italian (Mandatory) and Portuguese (Nice to have)
