**SAP Seller Partner Manager for BeLux: Unlocking Business Growth**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Partner Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining successful partnerships with our valued partners in the BeLux region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through assigned Seller Partners, achieving desired revenue and profitability objectives for both Partner and SAP.
  2. Strategic Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the Seller Partner relationship end-to-end, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
  3. Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between SAP and our valued partners, embodying SAP's principle of partnership excellence.
  4. Exceptional Partner Experience: Ensure exceptional Partner experience through Partner engagement with SAP.
  5. Joint Business Planning: Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the Partner's business with SAP, including a multi-year development plan, incorporating market and business development.
  6. Transformational Planning: Assist Partner in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market and maximize the management and cadences around driving joint CVJ activities with SAP.
  7. SAP Opportunities: Evangelize SAP opportunities (i.e. new product, new solutions area) in financial terms and secure buy-in from Partner to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives.
  8. Partner Competency Development: Identify areas of improvement on competency gaps of managed Partner(s) and proactively develop cloud-ready Partner capabilities with the right-fit Partner delivery capacity.

  11. Crisis Management: Ability to manage through crisis and to maintain relationships in challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Partner Value Realization: Experience driving Partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes across financial, business development, and customer success.
  2. Governance and Stakeholder Management: Expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Ecosystem Practices: Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices, leading with influence and managing multiple relationships to achieve a common goal.
  4. Partner-Facing Role: 3 to 5+ years in a Partner-facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working for an SAP partnership is desired.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred).
  6. Partnership and Sales Leadership: Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills.
  7. Business Development Planning: Business development planning and execution experience in driving demand gen, sales pipeline, and enablement with Partners.
  8. Analytical Competencies: Strong analytical competencies to drive action orientation through assigned Partners.
  9. Team Collaboration: High energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices.
  10. Local Market Knowledge: Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate, with independent accountability.
  11. Language Skills: English (Mandatory), Flemish Dutch and French (Nice to have)
