Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Manager in Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our full range of product sales in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
  • Manage channel conflict and foster excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Closely work with channel partners to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Deploy, direct, and execute winning sales opportunities, and effectively advise customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Analyze customer demands, define project strategies, and develop and deliver project proposals based on customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Proven work experience in sales and marketing in Spain in IT, software solution, innovative equipment, or financial equipment related experience.
  • Extended experience in direct/channel sales management, customer relationship development & management.
  • Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet travel requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.

Salary: Negotiable - c100,000 EURO
