As a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to international travelers, helping them navigate the complexities of foreign currency exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to international travelers, ensuring their foreign currency needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
  • Buy and sell foreign currencies, facilitating smooth transactions for our clients.
  • Offer money transfer services, credit card advances, and other financial solutions to meet our customers' needs.
  • Sell tourist-related products and services, promoting our offerings to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate and build rapport with customers, understanding their foreign currency needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, promoting our products and services while working towards and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivation, an energetic attitude, and the ability to adhere to procedures are essential for success in this position.
