The Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Revenue Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
  • System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools. Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in SQL is not mandatory, but will be considered a differentiating factor. Exceptional communication skills, including clarity and conciseness, active listening, and presentation skills.
