About the Role

At Tbwa Chiat/Day, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center team, you will be the first point of contact for our merchants worldwide, providing support on a wide range of topics, from technical to administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth guidance to merchants on the Adyen platform, answering their questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Optimize and automate processes to improve scalability and efficiency, working closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a product advocate, tracking product processes and providing feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  • Serve as a payment specialist, helping merchants optimize their accounts and grow their business by utilizing the features of our platform.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants, troubleshooting issues via phone, web-based tools, and email.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide coaching, constructive feedback, and set a positive example for the team.
  • Strong interest in technical and operational processes, with a willingness to learn and seek answers to unknown questions.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a plus, as is knowledge of the Payments environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business or computer science.
