Join Our Team as a Partner Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans to improve their performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire new, high-potential partnerships
  • Work with large amounts of data to analyze performance and implement new tactics and projects
  • Propose new ideas, organize and manage projects, and prioritize them in alignment with the team's goals
  • Manage complex work streams and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Project management and organization skills
