Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team at ADP. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner onboarding and integration projects, working closely with the Partner Integration Team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, coordinating globally with ADP internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Create and update strategic plans for partners within your assigned area of responsibility.
  • Promote and train partners on ADP products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Identify, coordinate, and track leads through partners, working with the field sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Engage with partners at the senior level, building relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Support existing partners within your area, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Identify and develop materials, testimonials, and collateral necessary to promote the partnership.
  • Promote the partnership through various marketing channels, leveraging partner and ADP resources to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide support to the field DSM, following up on partner opportunities and driving business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in partner development and management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the ADP business model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
