At Leica Biosystems, we're committed to advancing cancer diagnostics and improving lives. As a Sales Specialist for Digital Pathology, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy, focusing on market share capture and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations, working closely with the Account Manager team.
  • Partner with the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth and liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to effectively design and implement the Digital Pathology solution.
  • Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share and support the tender response team on technical application processes.
  • Communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers and represent the company's winning characteristics against competitors.
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in the Healthcare IT environment, with knowledge of technologies, products, processes, and selling/purchasing in the hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with a willingness to travel within the defined territory up to 60% of the time.
