Channel Sales Representative

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we're looking for a talented Channel Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving our B2B business through channel partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, conducting quarterly reviews, and managing sales-out activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth through channel partners
- Conduct quarterly reviews to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage sales-out activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
- Create and adapt strategic engagement plans for each partner and territory
- Educate partners on the benefits of Lenovo's portfolio through communication and training
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners at all levels
- Understand and position HCI/SDI solutions, server, storage, and network technology
- Consistently meet quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- 8+ years of experience in business development or channel management within the IT industry
- Deep knowledge and experience with top Spain partners/integrators
- Proven success in channel sales of solutions (not just products)
- Ability to work with key sales teams both vertically and horizontally
- Action-Oriented and results-driven
- Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking IT company
