About the Role

As a Lenovo Channel Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B business through channel partners. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans, conduct quarterly reviews, and manage sales-out activities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Create and adapt strategic engagement plans for each partner and territory to foster strong relationships and drive business success.
  3. Education and Training: Educate partners on the benefits of Lenovo's portfolio through communication and training to ensure they are equipped to sell our solutions effectively.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners at all levels to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Solution Positioning: Understand and position Lenovo's HCI/SDI solutions, server, storage, and network technology to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  6. Sales Performance: Consistently meet quarterly sales targets and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Communication Skills: Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with partners and customers.
  9. Business Development: Identify opportunities and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 8+ years in business development or channel management within the IT industry.
  2. Network: Deep knowledge and experience with top Spain partners/integrators.
  3. Track Record: Proven success in channel sales of solutions (not just products).
  4. Relationship Building: Ability to work with key sales teams both vertically and horizontally.
  5. Action-Oriented: Committed and results-driven.
  6. Flexible Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking IT company.
