About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Representative to join our team at Lenovo. As a Sales Channel Representative, you will be responsible for managing and executing Lenovo's smartphone sell-out plans in the Telco channel to achieve set targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement demand generation activities for Lenovo to maximize sales in the Telco channel.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Telco distributors to drive Lenovo sales.
  3. Maximize Lenovo opportunities in Telco Direct Channels.
  4. Collaborate with the Lenovo marketing team to drive all activities related to retail, store roll-out, sales & marketing planning, and training.
  5. Manage end-to-end sales for the Telco channel, including Sell Through and Sell Out.
  6. Manage end-to-end inventory and forecasting for the distribution channel.
  7. Provide regular reports and analysis on the Telco market, customer trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of experience in managing relationships with Telco Operators and distribution channels, preferably in the Mobile/Smartphone industry.
  2. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-selling skills.
  4. Proven track record of individual contributor sales success.
  5. Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
  6. Ability to motivate direct and indirect resources.
