As an Associate Account Executive, you'll work closely with our Strategic Account Director and internal departments to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns, drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts, and nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns to drive business growth and customer success
* Work closely with the Strategic Account Director to identify new use cases and enable feature adoption
* Interact with IT and business decision makers to build strong relationships and drive sales
* Become a trusted advisor to help improve overall product engagement and meet customer business objectives and growth plans
* Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
* Drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts
* Work with Marketing to conduct seminars, assist with trade shows, and other marketing-related events
**Requirements:**
* 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a focus on database or software sales
* Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* College degree or equivalent work experience
* Familiarity with database, SaaS, and open-source technology a plus
