About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and growth across our strategic customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Strategic Account Director to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns, from idea generation to qualified call and close.
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge to effectively engage with IT and business decision-makers.
- Become a trusted advisor to help improve overall product engagement and meet customer business objectives and growth plans.
- Nurture early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential and drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to conduct seminars, assist with trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a background in database or software preferred.
- Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, with a track record of promotions within the same organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with database, SaaS, and open-source technology is a plus.
