We're seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive to assist in new business acquisition and drive additional consumption across our strategic customers. This role will work closely with the Strategic Account Director and internal departments to improve business velocity and build solutions that serve the best interests of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns to drive sales and growth
  • Build strong sales and product knowledge to effectively engage with IT and business decision makers
  • Become a trusted advisor to help improve overall product engagement and meet customer business objectives
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts by identifying new use cases and enabling feature adoption
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in database or software
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment and promotions within the same organization
  • Energetic, upbeat, and entrepreneurial teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
