We're seeking a driven Associate Account Executive to assist in new business acquisition and drive additional consumption across our strategic customers. This role involves working closely with the Strategic Account Director and internal departments to improve business velocity and build solutions that serve the best interests of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns to drive qualified calls and closes
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge to become a trusted advisor for customers
  • Interact with IT and business decision makers to identify new use cases and enable feature adoption
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows, and other marketing-related events
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales or customer-facing roles; database or software experience preferred
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
  • Energetic, upbeat, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
