We're seeking a driven Associate Account Executive to assist in new business acquisition and drive additional consumption across our strategic customers. This role involves working closely with the Strategic Account Director and internal departments to improve business velocity and build solutions that serve customer interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong sales and product knowledge to effectively engage with IT and business decision-makers
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships to improve product engagement and meet customer growth plans
  • Nurture early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Drive incremental consumption and retention within existing accounts by identifying new use cases and enabling feature adoption
  • Collaborate with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows, and other marketing-related events
  • Invest in self-development to enhance skills and attributes for success in the role and future growth
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in database or software
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment and promotions within the same organization
  • Energetic, upbeat, and entrepreneurial teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and familiarity with database, SaaS, and open-source technology
