Your Mission

As a B2B Business Developer at Electra, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by developing and supporting a new client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to contribute to an entrepreneurial project focused on creating and structuring a new B2B offering.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze the market and understand customer needs to propose improvements to Electra for Business.
  • Generate and develop leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, events, etc.
  • Ensure complete sales cycle management from A to Z.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and ensure revenue on your portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
  • Be the privileged point of contact for key account clients.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients to position Electra as a preferred partner in charging solutions.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management/business development.
  • Significant prior experience managing full sales cycles and key accounts.
  • Strong synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in a structured and clear manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with counterparts.
  • Pragmatism, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to strategically organize work.
  • Dynamism, a willingness to take on challenges, and a desire to become an ambassador for Electra externally.
  • An affinity for the world of EV, E-Mobility, and energy transition.
