Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

Alantra Group, a leading global mid-market financial services firm, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to join its Asset Management division. As a key member of the Capital Raising Unit (CRU) team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management CRM Management: Implement new CRM features in coordination with the IT department, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Investment Opportunities: Update investment opportunities and maintain accurate information to support business development efforts.
  • Business Development Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, leveraging research tools to drive business growth.
  • Product Lead Support: Collaborate with product leaders to develop and implement marketing materials, including One Pagers and Teasers.
  • Internal Committees Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to internal committees, showcasing product information and investment opportunities.
  • Research & Client Prospecting: Conduct research on potential new Limited Partners (LPs) in international markets, utilizing tools such as Pitchbook, Intelligence, Merger market, and public web sources.
  • Documentation and Minutes: Prepare documentation and minutes for the Boards of different products, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Corporate Development Division: Collaborate with the Corporate Development division to gather information on Asset Management products and investors, supporting business development efforts.
