Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to lead our global supply chain function, driving end-to-end excellence from suppliers to in-market customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business and supply chain excellence in complex manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on EHS, quality and compliance, supply chain strategy, and best practice processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a vision for global excellence in supply chain, driving end-to-end excellence from suppliers to in-market customers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic supply chain plans, driving common approaches across manufacturing sites for EHS, quality and compliance, sourcing, excellence in manufacturing, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with plant Managing Directors and senior business leaders to ensure supply chain needs and expectations are met, and best practice processes and principles are identified and shared.
  • Advocate and contribute to the company's 2025 strategy and global excellence in supply chain, applying a transformational mindset and driving excellence.
  • Lead on specific global projects, ensuring completion to time, cost, and quality.
  • Represent global supply at internal and external events, conferences, and meetings, as required.
  • Actively contribute as part of the global supply leadership team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of successfully driving business and supply chain excellence in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Relevant skills and experience including building excellence in EHS, quality and compliance, supply chain strategy, and best practice processes, lean manufacturing.
  • Experience of working within group functions and affecting change across all levels and geographies, comfortable with working in a matrix structure.
  • Experience of leading and managing strategic projects within time, cost, and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong commercial exposure, with a full understanding of the impact of supply excellence on the company's P&L.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
