**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our RNG Table Games and Live Dealer product portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the quality and profitability of our products on a global scale.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver innovative and market-leading products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Ensure all products meet jurisdictional compliance requirements while maintaining responsible gambling and social responsibility standards.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to secure data points that measure product success and efficient reporting.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Leader, Game Designer, or similar role within the online casino gaming industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience managing a product team throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Narrative skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Understanding of systems, mechanics, and feature design.
  • Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets and a proactive self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams and stakeholders.
