About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Leader to join our team at Sportradar. As the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product roadmap and ensuring that our product meets the strategic goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Work closely with senior management to develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to ensure that the product meets the needs of our customers.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of highly motivated and competent product owners to drive forward the product in the market.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Continuously research the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior, and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market-leading products.
  • Problem-Solving and Trade-Off Analysis: Ensure that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem-solving and trade-off analysis when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, in a role overseeing player account management or user authentication platforms. 1 year as Head of Product.
  • Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge is mandatory, with a focus on gaming or gambling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analytics, different types of data architectures, and a deep understanding of data-related concepts, technologies, tools, and platforms, as well as software development life cycles.
  • Leadership and Analytical Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Player Focus: Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player needs and behaviors.
